TrainingRegistration.org has worked hard to simplify
the process of getting training registrations. We’re a law enforcement
training company (Police Technical
LLC) and we developed this system
for OUR students. We use this system, we like it and we think you will
too. Here’s how it works:
Process:
1. Set up an account – Click here
2. Enter your company information
3. Enter your classes
What you’ll get:
1. A secure Administrative Control Panel for your
company, course and student information
2. A Custom Webpage for your company or association – and
a link to get there.
3. A searchable Training Calendar of your classes – and
a link to get there.
4. A branded Registration Page for each course – and
a link to get there.
5. An Automatic Posting with Policetraining.net,
the calendar for law enforcement training.
What
happens next?
1. When students click on your class at Policetraining.net (or on your website or email) they are taken to YOUR registration
page.
2. After registering for your class they get an
email confirmation. You get an email confirmation sent to your mailbox
too.
3. You can track all of your classes and students
from Administrative Control panel.
What about payments?
1. When students register they can pay by Credit
Card or choose an invoice option.
2. To take credit cards, you will need to have
a viaKLIX account (similar to PAYPAL) set up with
NOVA Information Systems. This process only takes
a few days and we’ll
help you.
3. If students choose to pay by invoice, they
get a printable invoice with directions to send payment
to your office. You don’t need to send them anything else!
What
does it cost?
1. There is no company set up fee.
2. Each class posting costs $200.00, which includes
a free posting to Policetraining.net (a $30.00 value). Quantity discounts
apply.
3. Police Technical personnel will provide data
entry services for $25.00 per class.
4. Credit card processing costs about 2% per transaction
+ a $5.00 monthly fee.
5. You’ll be billed monthly for any courses placed in that month.
How
do I set up an account?
1. Click here – Enter your company
name and an email address
2. A username and password will be emailed to you
3. Login with that information at www.trainingregistration.org
4. Enter your company and class information. You
can start taking registrations immediately!
