#1 Police Technical LLC
Technology training company uses TrainingRegistration.org
Terre
Haute, Indiana based Police Technical LLC provides national level technology
training for
law enforcement. Developed in 2005, Police Technical
LLC provides
numerous courses in PowerPoint® and other technology related area. They needed
a comprehensive online registration system for their students. Security, flexibility
and ease of use would be its hallmarks.
After successfully using the basic registration
system for their own classes additional features were added including Credit
Card processing
and integration with Policetraining.net, the calendar
for law enforcement training.
Police Technical LLC now had a secure online registration
system capable of processing thousands of courses and thousands of students which
also
allowed for quick marketing through Policetraining.net
and credit card payment through NOVA Information Systems. And best of all the
system
was easy to use.
What was developed out of a practical
need by one training company has now been developed into an entire registration/marketing
system
for law enforcement training companies nationally.
While
some of the nation’s largest associations and training
companies now take advantage of TrainingRegistration.org
it is also equally suited to serving smaller training

Counterfeit Identification

Law Enforcement Training Solutions brings a new era to law enforcement
training by providing superior quality and professional
training programs to federal, state, county and
local law enforcement agencies and training centers.
Known nationally
for their superior Counterfeit Identification Training Program
which trains law enforcement officers to detect and investigate
fraudulent and counterfeit identification documents,
Law Enforcement Training Solutions Director Andrew Poulos, Jr.
needed a more efficient
method to track their student registrations. Their
solution was TrainingRegistration.org.
Previously their registration
process was to create a Microsoft Word® document
for each course. This document was posted on their
website. Interested personnel had to download the form, print
it, fill it out and then fax
it back to Law Enforcement Training Solutions.
A confirmation would then be communicated back to the student.
Payment was handled through
another separate process. Now things are handled
a little differently.
Students on the Law Enforcement Training
Solutions website or Policetraining.net can now truly register
for classes online. Students receive an immediate
registration confirmation, a printed invoice and
an email confirmation. Law Enforcement Training Solutions personnel
also get an email confirmation
and can view all of their student registrations
and classes from their Administrative Control Panel.

the Tape
Homicide training company uses TrainingRegistration.org
Virginia
Beach, Virginia based “Inside the Tape” provides
national level Death Investigation training.
Developed in 2001 from agency requests to “fill the void” left
by other homicide training their approach has
generated comments like this from a student
in Tucson, Arizona, "I have been assigned to our homicide unit
since 1988 and have attended every seminar
available involving death investigation. This
course was by far one of the best for its presentation
and content."
Owned by 21 year veteran and current Norfolk
Police Department Investigator David Newman, “Inside the Tape” has trained thousands of
officers nationally and in 2007 is expanding its catalog to include
courses on Crime Scene Photography and Sex Related Offenses. But growth
isn’t always easy.
To help manage their increasing number of student
registrations and to help streamline their
